
What is Whotells?
Whotells have three refurbished designer apartment buildings which have been decorated and furnished to give maximum comfort and to ensure that your stay with us in Barcelona will feel like a home from home.
Where are the Whotells buildings?
In the three most charismatic quarters of Barcelona: Raval (Joaquim Costa, 28), Eixample (Ronda San Antoni, 12) and Barceloneta (Andrea Doria, 51).
What kind of apartments does Whotells offer?
You can chose apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with capacity of up to 6 people. The three buildings are furnished with the original and exclusive MUJI furniture. They all have air conditioning, central heating, lift and fully equipped kitchen, as well as TV, WiFi, an iron, etc...

Is there a minimum number of days policy?
No, apartments can be rented for any number of days. From two nights to several months! If you are only interested in one night check for availability by phoning (+34) 934 430 834, or (+34) 630 146 331.
What is included in the reservation?
The reservation covers the accommodation plus all equipment, utensils and mod cons as well as weekly cleaning service which includes a complete change of sheets and towels.
What if I don’t want to clean the apartment?.. I’m here on holiday after all!
No problem whatsoever. You can always count on our Daily Cleaning Fee pack. We will clean your apartment, including the bathroom and kitchen. We will also change bed clothes and towels for an extra fee which varies in function of each apartment: 20 euros for 1 bedroom, 30 € for 2 bedrooms and 40 € for 3 bedrooms. These prices include VAT.
Do I have to pay the full price of the reservation if I reserve on line?
No, only 30% for the reservation. The remaining 70% will be payable when you pick up your keys. This can be paid in cash or by Credit Card.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, 7% VAT is included in the price.
Can I pay with my Credit Card?
Of course! The Credit Cards we accept can be seen on our online reservations web page.

What prices do Whotells offer?
Whotells offer an excellent quality/ price relation. Our apartments are totally suitable, clean and decorated with exclusive MUJI furniture from 80 euros per week. Enjoy!
What are the Check In / Check Out times?
Check in is after 15.00h and check out is before 11.00h. If you are going to arrive before the Check In time, contact us directly at our offices to check availability.
What happens if I arrive before Check In time?
If your apartment is ready and prepared you can, of course, collect your keys immediately. If you know for sure that you are going to arrive before Check In time, please contact our office and check on the possibility of an earlier Check In. If you are not entirely sure of this, then contact us as soon as your flight or train has arrived in Barcelona.
What happens if I arrive after Check In time?
We do not charge extra for Check In between 15.00h and 22.00h.
After 22.00h until 01.00h we add an extra charge of 30 €.
If Check In is after 01.00h this is increased to 50 euros.
The most important thing here is that the minute you find out you will be late you inform us by telephone at (+34) 530 146 331 or call our Customer Service, which operates 24 hours per day, at (34) 616 581 780.
Once I have my key, how do I know which apartment is mine?
Our staff in charge will give you your key and will fill out your contract and any other administrative tasks. They will also show you to your apartment and explain how everything works etc. If you have any doubts or questions, just ask!

I can’t get a reply from the office... What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday from 9.30 – 14.00 and from 16.00 – 19.00. Our offices remain closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. You can always contact our Customer Service centre 24 hours per day at the following telephone number: (+34) 616 581 780
I like the apartment so much I want to extend my stay. Can I?
If you would like to extend your stay, you would have to check for availability beforehand. You can also consult us about keeping your suitcases after you Check out until your time of departure.
Can I watch European television channels on the TV in my apartment?
You can enjoy watching 42 channels on your fantastic LCD television.
Is there a lift in the buildings? Do I have to carry my own luggage?
There is a magnificent lift in each building with a limited capacity of two people without luggage or one person with luggage. Bear in mind that the doors of the lift open from both sides, try not to block them when you enter or leave.
Is there a safe in the apartment? What can I keep there?
Yes, there is a safe and it is free of charge. You can keep your official travelling documents and any other objects of value. Whotells does not accept responsibility for any valuable items that have not been kept in the safe.
I’ve lost the key to my apartment... what do I do now?
Don’t worry. Contact our offices and we will make a new copy for you. There is a charge of 15 euros for this service.

Can you recommend anything of interest during my stay?
Of course we can! Visit our section on Barcelona and you will find up to date information about the city. Barcelona is a safe city, nevertheless it always best to be careful and not do things that you wouldn’t do in our own city; like leaving your wallet, bag or cell phone on top of the table in a bar and don’t flash money in public...
I always travel with my pet. Can I take it to the apartment?
Most certainly, pets are welcome. Indicate this when you make your reservation.
What kind of coexistence rules are there in Barcelona?
It is always important to respect the peace of others by avoiding noise or having the television or music on high volume between 22.00 and 08.00. You should always keep silent and show respect for others in communal areas.
With regard to your apartment; don’t forget to lock the front door every time you go out and to use the safe to keep your official documents and valuable objects.
I am flying into Barcelona... how do I get to my apartment from the airport?
You have three options: take the bus (Aerobús) which goes directly into the city. If you arrive at night there is also a night bus, number 46, this one will take you to the Plaza España. You can also catch the RENFE train which will take you to the Sants Railway Station, or get a taxi which you will find at the exit of the airport terminal.
